For the past 6 months I’ve been getting firsthand experience with Drip. It’s a powerful CRM that allows you to create sophisticated email automations.
The logic behind these automations can be as complex or as simple as you’d like. One thing I’ve really appreciated about using this platform for email marketing is their support team. If you’re ever unsure about what a feature is used for, they are responsive, friendly and very helpful.
If you have a large email list, it becomes absolutely critical that your readers are segmented and targeted properly. After all, who wants to keep getting an email about a product you’ve already purchased.
I had a steep learning curve because logic isn’t necessarily a strength of mine, but the more I keep using this tool, the more I’m beginning to see how powerful it is to create intentional messaging to send out.
I’m grateful that I’ve had the opportunity to learn a new skillset. I’ve learned over the years how important it is to keep continuing my education so that I can remain relevant and useful to all of my clients.
